Mother’s Day Lunch Menu

ENTREE:

DUCK RISOTTO slow cooked duck tossed with shiitake mushrooms, spring onions, snow peas and a hint of hoisin sauce (gf).

SMOKED SALMON on a corn rosti, with a red onion, caper and rocket salad, served with an avocado creme fraiche mousse.

CEVAPCICI grilled skinless sausages served with olive tepanade and capsicum relish (gf).

PROSCIUTTO PIZZA napoli sauce, basil, buffalo cheese, olives and thin slices of prosciutto.

MAINS:

CHAR GRILLED SEAFOOD MIX fillet of barramundi, calamari and prawn cutlets tossed with a roasted capsicum, spring onion and cucumber salad.

SMOKED PORK CUTLET served on sweet potato mash, grilled zucchini and served with a chipotle glaze.

MEDALLIONS OF EYE FILLET two 110g medallions of eye fillet with grilled portobello mushrooms, chicken liver pate, roasted truss tomatoes, red wine sauce and fat boy chips.

MOROCCAN SPATCHCOCK slow cooked chicken in Moroccan spices served with cous cous and spiced yoghurt.

BRAISED LAMB SHOULDER cooked for 14 hours in red wine and onion, served with creamed peas, mashed potato, dutch carrots and mint gremolata (gf).

DESSERTS:

CHOCOLATE TORTE served on a chocolate, mint and raspberry soil and creme fraiche.

TRIO OF GELATO strawberry, lemon and passionfruit served with cioffe (gf).

CHAINPANNA COTTA served with orange segment salad & pistachio pesto.
